Best practices on resilience and disaster and conflict preparedness from leading EU an NATO countries can be transferred and lessons learned from Ukraine incorporated in comprehensive state defence strategies where resilience is a priority.

In order to remain maintain credible deterrence, an ecosystem approach regarding defence must be taken up.
