Resilience in times of changing threats
Event organised by the Thematic Network for Defence and Telders Association on the topic of resilience.
Resilience is at present high on the agenda of the Dutch Government and addressed in article 3 or the NATO treaty.
The topic presents both common as well as context specific challenges that need to be addressed.
Best practices on resilience and disaster and conflict preparedness from leading EU an NATO countries can be transferred and lessons learned from Ukraine incorporated in comprehensive state defence strategies where resilience is a priority.
